  • All classes can be booked easily through our booking app - just choose your class and time, and you’re good to go.

  • Yes, private sessions are available with our instructors.

    These one-to-one or small group sessions are tailored to your individual goals, experience and needs, offering more focused support and guidance.

  • Comfortable clothing you can move in and a water bottle is all you need.

  • Yes—absolutely.

    Our coffee house is open to everyone, whether you’re joining us for a class or simply looking for a space to work, connect or unwind. No booking required.

  • We have a secure locker room. We do not have a changing room, but do have toilets should you need to change.

  • We don’t have a private car park, however there is ample street parking close by. Please be respectful to our neighbours.


    If you’re arriving by car for a class, we recommend getting here around 10 minutes early.
